This blouse has a dress shirt style collar and buttons down the front with mother of pearl type buttons. It has 3/4 sleeves with a split 3" ruffle; and would be comfortable. There is also a texture to the material (like rayon stuff).

I wore this blouse to the office in the 80s with a pencil skirt. It's too small for me now. It has a boxy shape with short kimono sleeves. The blouse measures 24.5 inches from the shoulder to the bottom hem and 20 inches from side seam to side seam at the bottom hem. It measures 19.5 inches pit to pit. All measurements are taken flat. The blouse is in excellent pre-owned condition with no rips, tears or stains.
