Warranty WSW Apparel Direct warrants only that the Goods shall be free from material defects on the delivery date, provided, you store and handle the delivered Goods in such a manner that meets or exceeds the storage and handling procedures utilized by WSW Apparel Direct. Please contact via email WSW Apparel Direct with any warranty claims no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the applicable order of Goods. Failure to provide written notice within such 14-day period shall void WSW Apparel Direct’s warranties in their entirety. As WSW Apparel Direct’s sole responsibility and liability, and YOUR ONLY AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY for any breach or breaches of such warranties, WSW will, upon email notice from you, either (WSW option) replace the defective portion of the Goods, or accept return thereof and refund the price paid by you for the defective portion.
